When opening the bottle, which in itself is very hard and you lose half the water just getting it open there is alot of collateral damage. Wont be vuying this again

Bad water
Dear sirs, i purchased approx.1 week prior to this date 2 cases of aquafina water from a local dollar general in cash which was my mistake after...my husband ingesting the product a very sour, moldy, really bad taste in general . thinking it was maybe his tastebuds after several try's and also i gave my inside dog this water in his water bowl and my dog getting very upset stomach, he ask me to to smell the water which smelled like mold or just stagnant water, i thought well maybe it was just the plastic that it was bottled in...
But after tasting it, it was like drinking a nasty ,moldy sour water..i had to throw up afterwards .
So your water is bad in this batch evidently and not only made my husband sick at his stomach but also my pet...I seriously think you need to do some inspecting and see what the problem is.. But after being a customer for as long as i can remember and purchasing approx 6 cases per month for our small office of employees plus home use I will no longer be one of your customers and I going to let my friends and family know about my issues with it .I think you have a serious issue with either the storage from your warehouse or the stores that it is sold to.
But just smelling the outside of the plastic bottle literally makes you sick...I would like a response on this matter and hopefully some type of reimbursement but more than anything I hope you research and find the problem even if it is only a few cases...
I would like a response to this matter in a timely manner, if i don't receive one i will go to social media with this issue and i also still have approx. 3/4 case of this water left and each bottle smells like it but i am not going to open and taste each one

I had identical experience in our home just other day. Got sick to stomach an after sour taste so bad.
Taste like plastic.
Had 3 cases we taking back to get our money back. Saying its Pepsi plastic bottles an new added process levels being done in bottling water
